Oral Presentations
Power Point Presentations
We recommend that all presentations are in a 16:9 aspect ratio (widescreen). PowerPoint and Keynote are preferred file formats. If there are videos in the presentations, you must make sure that they will play on other computers than the one they are put together on. Please note that non-standard fonts will not appear correctly unless they are installed on the computer that is playing the presentation.
Please name your presentation with the name of the conference, conference room, date and time in the program and your name. For example, IFOMC_Silfurberg A _weekday_time_session number
Timing
Please check the program for your specific presentation allowance. Presentations are seven minutes in length and timings are strictly enforced. Sessions consistent of several presentations on a specific topic with a Q&A at the end of each session.
Speakers Preparation
We have a great team of AV technicians who will be assisting all speakers during the conference. Presenters are requested to upload their presentation at least 4 hours prior to their presentation time. It will ensure that all presentations run smoothly; and we will be able to stick to our tight schedule.
Poster presenters
Display Times
Posters are to be installed no later than 19 May 2025 and will be on display until 23 May 2025. Presenters need to bring their printed poster in A0 size and Portrait to the registration desk, where they will be directed to their allocated poster board. Presenters must adhere to the poster on the poster board by lunchtime on 19 May 2025 and retrieve their poster after the last session on 23 May 2025. Uncollected posters will be disposed of.

Posters should be in Portrait, NOT Landscape.
