All payments are done via on-line credit card payments. Accepted cards are VISA, Mastercard and AMEX.

If you are unable to complete registration with a card, you have the possibility to get an invoice. For invoice request, please contact us at info@komum.is 

Invoice is due withing 14 days from the date of the invoice.
Billing address cannot be changed after it has been submitted.

All bank transfers must be free of all bank cost.

Additional charge of total ISK 4.500 is added to the invoice (administration cost).

• Cancellations on and before 90 days prior the conference will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations on or before 60 days prior to the conference will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations on or after 30 days prior to the conference will receive no refund.

The service fee for all changes is ISK 5.000. Cost for name change is ISK 5.000.
